Flair Building Services, is a full-service janitorial company founded in 1976. Our headquarters is centrally located in Santa Clara and we service customers from South San Francisco on the Peninsula to Hayward in the East Bay and San Martin in the South bay.

We provide a range of services, from cleaning services for individual offices to building maintenance for large, campus facilities. Our janitorial services are customized to fit your specific needs.
We pride ourselves on our unrelenting commitment to quality and customer service. To ensure the highest quality cleaning services, we assign a Customer Service Coordinator and Operations Manager who are all actively involved in the day-to-day management of your account.
In addition to our TEAM activities, top management will routinely inspect your facility to ensure that the level of work performed meets or exceeds our high standards as well as yours.
